Zusammenfassung:Eu/SiO 2 Nanoparticles was prepared through sol-gel method. The gel was synthesized through the hydrolysis of a complex solution of containing tetramethoxy-silicane (TMOS) and EuCl 3 ·6H 2 O. X ray diffraction analysis showed that that there are crystalline materials appeared in the amorphous SiO 2 . The fluorescence spectroscopic analysis showed that the Eu/SiO 2 fluorescence peaked at 590 nm with excitation wavelength of 390 nm.
