Zusammenfassung:A 6-phase synchronous machine connected to a rectifier is being used as the power source in many DC systems. In order to investigate power system behavior, it is necessary to simulate the generator/rectifier system accurately and in detail. A method of simulating this system and a comparison with laboratory tests are given in this paper including operation with and without a generator neutral connection.
