Zusammenfassung: | Starch wastewater has high turbidity and COD, heavy odor after anaerobic processing. Discharging this kind of sewage could cause serious environmental pollution, and therefore it need to be treated and reached the national standard before discharge. This experiment based on the specific characteristics of starch wastewater. The process was designed as follows: after anaerobic hydrolysis prior to degradation of refractory material for the easy degradation of simple small molecules, flocculation sedimentation after entering the contact oxidation tank to carry out aerobic treatment. Contact oxidation pond was designed to lower the false bottom for filling materials for activated carbon fibers, the water cycle after another ultrafiltration, and then get the treated water. Effective Microorganisms (EM) which containing a variety of aerobic and facultative aerobes was used as effective bacteria in a contact oxidation column. The EM bacteria have been domesticated first with starch wastewater compound before the experiment, then attached to the surface of activated carbon fiber forming biofilm, and then packed them in contact oxidation column used in starch wastewater treatment. The process has many characteristics as high efficiency, deodorant, can degrade a variety of complex material, etc. The present work studied the flocculation precipitation and the best conditions for oxidation, such as PH, contact time and temperature. After the treatment, COD in water reached less than 60 mg/L, with the removal efficiency of 99%. Turbidity reduced from 2100° to 0°. The final effluent meets National Wastewater Discharge Standard GradeII. |
