Zusammenfassung: | Through incubation of one kind of paddy soil with different concentration of phenanthrene, the paper discusses the change of contents and its effect on enzyme activity in the paddy soil. The result indicated that contents of phenanthrene added to soil decreased gradually with incubation day. After incubation for 56d, the content of phenanthrene with high concentration (1.6 and 3.2μg/g ) declined more, being decreased by 65.0% to 77.0%, and the content of phenanthrene with low concentration(0.4 and 0.8μg/g ) declined less, being decreased by 25.0% to 48.3%. There was influence of phenanthrene on urase and phosphotase activity. There was no significant change of catalase activity. It was concluded that soil urease activity and phosphatase activity may be considered as diagnoses indicators of soil contamination with phenanthrene, and the most sensitive period of the diagnoses was from the first day to the seventh day after phenanthrene contamination. Phosphotase activity is more sensitive. |
