Zusammenfassung:This paper presents an intelligent and innovative solution of wireless monitoring of a computerized city using Safe Mobile units, based on S4I development platform. The system is using various networks of vehicular units in order to communicate with each other and with central gateway servers. The end user is accessing a client or a web hosted application for both receiving real-time data from the monitored units and sending out the commands. The major achievement of such a system is reducing the time in which an emergency situation is identified and solved.
