Zusammenfassung:A new coupling method was presented to analyze the electromagnetic-thermal coupling problem on the basis of the mechanism of coupled field. Aim at the high temperature field, as well as the quickly changing current,the simulation model was established. Different performance of the stiffness and damping characteristics under different vibration amplitude for a self-decoupling magneto-rheological(MR) damper are considered in the model. The research results provide a theoretical basis and calculation method for design and analysis of similar MR damper.
