Zusammenfassung:This work presents a numerical and experimental investigation of the resonant properties of a microstrip-fed S-shaped monopole patch antenna on a high permittivity BiNbO 4 ceramic substrate. The high electrical permittivity of the ceramic substrate provided a reduction in the resonator dimensions. A good agreement was observed between simulated and measured resonant frequency of the considered antenna.
