The study of photon induced quantized current using an STM

We present a new study for developing quantized current standard. Operating a scanning tunneling microscope (STM) with periodical photon inducing electron tunneling provides a way to count electrons. Therefore, a fixed number of electrons per photon pulse cycle can be made to tunnel.
