Zusammenfassung: | A new design method of multiaxial effective motion control card based on MCU and FPGA is proposed in this paper. Complex surface and curve interpolation of six-axis could be achieved in this control card, which can greatly improve the surface processing efficiency. By a modular design idea,bus driver module, the data latch and decoding circuit module, dual-ports RAM module, microcontroller module, FPGA module, power conversion module and the configuration modules of FPGA chip are designed, these modules are connected to form the hardware circuit of the motion control card. On the Quartus II platform, by DDA interpolation theory, interpolation modules are built through VHDL. And these interpolator modules are connected into schematic diagrams. By those schematic diagrams a linear interpolator, a circular interpolator and a composite interpolator are formed. The corresponding functions of those interpolators have been simulated on the Quartus II platform. The simulation shows that this card is effective to complex interpolation combined surface with curve in line contact machining. |
