Zusammenfassung: | A new MOS transistor nonlinear negative resistance, with respect to A New Negative Resistance Oscillator Model presented by Walker and Connely, is proposed. A mathematical model for the voltage-current equation is shown. We investigate the mathematical properties of the associated nonlinear differential equations for a single-mode LCR network oscillator. We prove that under suitable conditions, amplitude stable limit-cycle oscillations can occur. The method of the harmonic balance is used to calculate an analytic approximation to the limit-cycle parameters. The general properties of trajectories in phase-space are presented. These predictions are compared with the results obtained by numerical integration. |
