Zusammenfassung:The paper presents a method to validate the compliance with value-ranged requirements of heterogeneous electronic systems with variations in a time effective way. Statistical Design of Experiments methodology is applied and adapted to plan, implement and analyze simulations of the system model, to determine key parameters that impact system performance. This is applied on a SystemC/SystemC-AMS model of an automotive Electronic Control Unit.
