Zusammenfassung:Super capacitor has some advantages of high charge-discharge rate, long life, simple structure and reliable performance, and it is especially suitable as braking energy renewable energy storage device for electric vehicle and hybrid electric vehicle. In this paper, aiming at micro electric vehicle (EV), the operation principle of a control system of braking energy regeneration was analyzed, structure design scheme was proposed, the circuit of electronic control system was designed, and the method of operation pattern recognition and control of electronic control system was put forward. Experimental vehicle test results showed that the method of operation pattern recognition and control improved braking energy regeneration rate of micro EV, and increased its continued driving mileage.
