A Research on Model of Applied Undergraduate IT Talent Cultivation through College-Enterprise Cooperation

Combined with the school-running characteristics of Harbin University which is a local comprehensive university, and the orientation of applied talent cultivation, this paper studies on the cultivation model of IT talent in application-oriented institute. It puts forth the model of applied undergraduate IT talent cultivation through College-Enterprise Cooperation, such as the model of "2 + 2",dynamic curriculum, the base of practice and training, etc. 4 years' teaching practice proves that the model is effective, and is of referential and demonstrative value for the cultivation of applied undergraduate IT talents.
