Zusammenfassung:	This paper firstly introduces the present situation of government classification schemas in China, and overviews the existed methods of ontology construction and the characteristics of government. Then a method of government ontology construction is presented. Finally, a case study of science and technology program examination and approval is given, in order to illustrate the realization process of constructing the government ontology.
