Easily feasible high-yield DFB Laser with high power efficiency and tight wavelength tolerance
An optimized distributed-coupling-coefficient distributed feedback laser is proposed. It simultaneously presents high-yield, high power efficiency and tight wavelength tolerance. So far, such improved performance was only achieved in lasers harder to manufacture.
