Zusammenfassung:The successful implementation of knowledge management system in many firms has shed light to the possibility of its application to the E-learning for higher education in Chinese context. Based upon knowledge management theory and in-depth analysis of functions of knowledge management system, this paper illustrates the key problems faced by E-learning in Chinese higher education, and build a knowledge management system-based model of E-learning that can share educational resources and meet the diverse education demands effectively and efficiently.
