Zusammenfassung:Considering the subsystems and parts in hydraulic system of large weapon equipment being scattered, together with the strong pertinence among them, a state monitoring scheme based on wireless sensor network (WSN) is adopted, which can not only eliminate a large number of cables, but also make the state monitoring system simple and convenient for carrying and installing. Taking advantage of optimal sensor placement and data fusion among smart nodes, the amount of data stream is reduced, and the monitoring efficiency and accuracy is improved effectively. A typical application example is prompted, whose hardware and software is designed, and the working principle of this monitoring system is expounded. The application results show that this system can realize wireless real-time monitoring and accurate fault diagnosis for hydraulic system of large weapon equipment. Moreover, this system is small and convenient to be taken by a single soldier, which is suitable for fast repairing on battlefield.
