Zusammenfassung:Smelting reduction ironmaking technology, which can solve two problems of scarcity of coking coal and environmental pollution, must be the main direction of ironmaking development. In the smelting reduction experiment of high phosphorus iron ore with a thermogravimetric analyzer, the results show smelting reduction process of high phosphorus iron ore is very complex, improving reaction temperature and reducing partical size are beneficial to reducing reaction, and smelting reducing process of high phosphorus iron ore contains three stages: phase interfacial reaction, one-dimensional diffusion and two-dimensional diffusion, and the principal reaction is one-dimensional diffusion, which can dalpha / dt = Ae -EdivideRT f(alpha) to calculate kinetic parameters of smelting reduction of high phosphorus iron ore, its apparent activation energy is 70.52 KJ/mol.
