Zusammenfassung:This paper introduces the solutions of spatial information service on client side using scalable vector graphics (SVG). The research examines the spatial representation model, coordinate system, symbol base and topology model based on SVG, and then, makes a creation of standard document and applied extension of SVG in order to support spatial presentation, spatial query and spatial analysis for spatial information service using SVG. Through experimentation, the extension of SVG and applied standard document developed here was used to not only implement the spatial service (WMS, WCS, WFS & CPS), such as accessing spatial geometric elements and attributes, spatial measurement and basic spatial analysis but also to create the various applied spatial information services by using it. Finally, these approaches are implemented to create a software platform called dasiaSpatial Information Service Systempsila that focuses on the integrating, sharing and providing service from multiple sources of spatial information for various applications in different fields.
