Zusammenfassung:Multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were acid modified by refluxing with the mixture of H 2 SO 4 and HNO 3 under ultrasound, then were attended into the synthesis of polyamic acid (PAA), precursor of polyimide (PI) to form PI/MWNTs films via in situ polymerization process. The dispersion situation of MWNTs in the nanocomposites was characterized using scanning electronic microscopy (SEM); dielectric properties of nanoflims were tested.
