Zusammenfassung: | Photon is desirable carrier for quantum information transfer owing to its robustness against decoherence mechanism during long-distance transmission. Currently, photon polarization is the primary method applied for quantum coding. In this paper, we realize remote state preparation (RSP) with photon polarization state through Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) entanglement. We give experimental proposals for our RSP schemes with optical devices including half wave plate (HWP), quarter wave plate (QWP), and Faraday mirror; then definitely get corresponding polarization for the second photon through detection of first photon with proper local operation and classical communication (LOCC). Descriptions of optical devices in real experiments are also discussed. This practical protocol can be applied for network infrastructure and distant communication. |
