Zusammenfassung:A function generator circuit using positive type second-generation current-controlled current conveyors [CCCII+]-based voltage mode non inverting band-pass filter (BPF) as a starting building block is proposed. A direct feedback path from the output to the input of the BPF is provided to obtain a sinusoidal oscillator. Then, [CCCII+(2)] of the sinusoidal oscillator is replaced by multioutput current-controlled current conveyor [(MOCCCII(2)]and a MOCCCII-based integrator is cascaded to a Z + -terminal of a MOCCCII+(2) to obtain the complete circuit of the proposed function generator. It can simultaneously provide sinusoidal voltage / current outputs, square and triangular voltage outputs. The function generator enjoys attractive features such as use of grounded capacitors, wide range electronic tunability, load insensitive current outputs, low sensitivity figures and suitable for modern IC technologies. The proposed circuit is designed and verified by using level 3, 0.5 mum CMOS Spice model of MOCCCII.
