Zusammenfassung:This paper first analyses NATO recommendations in information evaluation for intelligence. Then it presents a definition of information evaluation which is based on the notion of correlation between two pieces of information. It also shows how an ontology can be used to estimate correlations. Finally, it presents a general process which computes information evaluation according to this definition and it shows that this process agrees NATO recommendations.
