Zusammenfassung: | The importance of research water hammer pressure of throttle valve is presented according to the phenomenon of throttle slice invalidation of hydro-pneumatic spring under wallop from road surface. The physical model of throttle valve that has annular slice is built. The time for the throttle slice deformation is studied by using the finite software, and the rules that the maximum deformation time was just related to the structure parameters and material characteristics. The water hammer calculation of damping valve is completed by using the water hammer theory and the method of latent line for the partial differential equations solving. The reasons of throttle slice invalidation are analyzed through simulation, and the rules that throttle orifice structure parameters influence on water hammer and damping force of throttle valve are researched. The calculation method of valve reliability which is evaluated from yield and fatigue strength is presented. The obtained conclusion can provide reference for the throttle valve designing, in order to avoid breaking of the throttle slice. |
