Study on Route Travel Time Prediction Based on RBF Neural Network

This paper introduces the character structure and implement of RBF neural network, then puts forward a RBF network model to predict travel time. via a great deal of experiments, in the end, this paper proves that RBF neural network is quick appropriate and accurate for route travel time prediction.
