Zusammenfassung:The work presents a design of millimeter-wave conical conformal dual-band microstrip antenna array. At first, the insert middle feed method is used to design the rectangle patch element. Based on this element and parallel feed network, a conformal dual-band microstrip array on a cone surface is designed. Simulation results by the CST are given to show that the conformal dual-band array works at millimeter-wave band and the two resonance frequency points are 30.5 GHz and 35.6 GHz respectively. This kind of conformal dual-band sub-array can be easily expanded into a large-scale conformal array and be suitable for active integration with other microwave circuits and communication systems in future due to its advantages such as the light weight, low profile, low cost, easy to design and so on.
