Zusammenfassung: | The translation of the current-voltage (I-V) curves of solar cells and modules by the linear interpolation method are investigated. Experimental I-V curves measured both indoors and outdoors are considered. The translation of the I-V curves by the linear interpolation method results in very good agreement with the experiment within 1% in wide ranges of G and T. The calculation only uses a minimum of two experimental I-V curves, and does not require any fitting parameters, temperature coefficients and the value of series resistance etc. Procedures of the translation calculation, where the I-V curves are translated simultaneously for G and T is presented. |
