Zusammenfassung: | The newly-developed blood immunological reaction pathway diagram experiment system has been used in a series of studies on the role of erythrocytes in regulating the immunological reactions of lymphocytes, and it has been found that when the tumor antigen S180 is activated, erythrocytes can increase the expression of CD25 on the surfaces of the surrounding hemolymphocytes, which indicates the immunological reaction of lymphocyte intensified. So we studied the function of erythrocyte in S180 mice treated by Asparagus officinalis polysaccharide on immunological reaction of lymphocyte. A sarcoma mouse model (S180) was developed in which mice were intraperitoneally injected with high, medium, and low dosages of Asparagus officinalis polysaccharide for 7 d. Suspensions of lymphocytes and autologous plasma were separated from whole blood of healthy mice. The erythrocytes were separated from whole blood of S180 mice. Using the autologous plasm as reactive medium, the role of erythrocytes in regulating the immunological reaction of lymphocytes was measured. The expression of CD25 on lymphocytes was measured by flow cytometry. The expression of CD25 in control group is much lower than normal group, and in Asparagus officinalis polysaccharide group is much higher than control group. According to the regulation of erythrocyte on the immune-response of lymphocyte and the different of the expression of CD25 on lymphocytes, we prove that Asparagus officinalis polysaccharide can improve the erythrocyte function of S180 mice. |
