Two-stage distributed amplifier on field emitter arrays

The two-stage distributed MW amplifier with field emitter arrays (FEAs) is analyzed. It is shown to be capable of operating in the millimeter wavelength band and to provide better performance as compared with previously reported amplifier designs.
