Zusammenfassung:In this article, copper germanate (CuGeO 3 ) mixed noble metal pervoskite oxide was prepared by solid-state synthesis process first time. XRD confirms the orthorhombic pervoskite phase of material. Thick films of CG were prepared by screen-printing technique. The gas sensing performance of thick films were tested for various gases. It showed maximum sensitivity to H 2 S gas at 50degC for less than 10ppm gas concentration. The sensitivity, selectivity, response and recovery time of the sensor were measured and presented.
