Mathematical model of microwave intrusion detector for perimeters
A mathematical model of the microwave fence used for intrusion detection is described. The 3-d model is based on the Huygens-Fresnel principle. The model includes the effects of ground reflections. Comparison of analytical and experimental results is presented for system operating at 10,6 GHz.
