Zusammenfassung:Two series of polyimides containing oxadiazole rings in the main chain were studied and compared with regard to their thermal properties and the ability to form thin films. The polyimides are based on aromatic diamines containing preformed oxadiazole ring which reacted with benzohenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride or with hexafluoroisopropylidene diphthalic dianhydride. The behavior of thin films in dynamomechanical analysis and their photoluminescence have been investigated.
