Zusammenfassung: | Method of non-invasive monitoring of human blood biochemistry based on spatially localized NIR diffuse scattering spectroscopy and metabolic heat measurements has been developed. A compact apparatus integrated fiber optical sensors and thermal sensors has been developed. Optical and thermal signals were filtered, smoothed and time domain averaged counting also systolic, respiration and metabolic heat wave bio rhythms. Multivariate statistical analysis and cluster analysis was applied to convert sensor pickup signals into physicochemical variables. Developed sensor is used now as a prototype of point-of-care diagnostic system for cardiologic, tumour and diabetic patients. |
