Zusammenfassung:In the article theory of ultrasonic drying is stated. The possibility of ultrasonic field creation with intensity about 150 dB by means of disk radiators in closed volume of drying chambers is considered. The prototype of ultrasonic dryer for carrying out experiments on various drying materials is described; results of preliminary experiments on drying of gelatin, peas, fabric and carrots are presented.
