Zusammenfassung: | Three efficient COD degrading bacteria were screened in the aeration tank of Zhengzhou Wulongkou municipal wastewater treatment plant by conventional isolation and purify methods. One of them (the isolate 4#) was short-rod-shaped, gram negative and the 16S rRNA sequence showed that it is closely related to Acinetobacter. The isolate 18# was rod-shaped, gram negative and the closest relative is Escherichia. The isolate 28# was short-rod-shaped, gram negative too, phylogenetically, the closest relative of isolate 28# is Aeromonas. When the isolates or the mixture of activated sludge and the efficient bacteria were added to municipal wastewater treatment system, the efficiency of COD removal was obviously increase. The result indicates that it is feasible to use the efficient bacteria for bioaugmentation. |
