Zusammenfassung:The effect of steplike change of spatial period of resonant relief on the condensed matter surfaces and in the volume under the action of intense laser radiation was investigated. The effect was observed in wide range of laser radiation duration's from continuous wave one to the femtosecond. The effect was observed for materials with different properties from dielectrics and semiconductors to metals. The physical cause of remnant structures formation is the interference of incident wave with excited by it surface electromagnetic modes and are in the frameworks of universal polaritonic model of matter damage. It is shown that the formation of remnant structures with two or three values of spatial multiple periods are in framework of universal polaritonic model of condensed matter damage. The interpretation of the micro- and nanostructures formation in system intense laser radiation interacted with solid state material and the regular structures formation was made based on mathematical model of Feigenbaum universality where the value proportional to the number of laser pulses is controlled (bifurcation) parameter.
