Zusammenfassung:In this paper, we present a novel framework for resampling and complexity reduction of tapped delay line channel models. In contrast to related algorithms in this field, our framework guarantees that the total impulse response power, the mean delay, as well as the RMS delay spread of every input impulse response remains unchanged if a solution is found. The phase angles of the output impulse response are chosen such that the magnitude error of the channel realization in the frequency domain is minimized as well.
