Zusammenfassung: | Technological advances of wide-area measurement systems(WAMS) has enabled the use of measured signals from remote location for robust control purpose. However, there is an unavoidable delay before these signals are received at the controller site. Therefore, A delay-independent robust control problem of model-uncertain large interconnected power systems is studied via Hinfin fuzzy control method based on wide-area measurement. First, a set of equivalent Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model is employed to represent the nonlinear power systems. Considering that the states of systems are not all available, a set of decentralized fuzzy observer is proposed to estimate the states of each subsystem. Consequently, an observer- based wide-area state feedback decentralized fuzzy controller is proposed to solve the Hinfin robust control problem for the interconnected power systems with model uncertainties. The Hinfin decentralized fuzzy control problem is parameterized in terms of a linear matrix inequality (LMI) problem, and the LMIs can be solved efficiently using convex optimization techniques. Finally, simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design methodology. |
