Zusammenfassung: | The range of detection of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensors is limited by the accuracy of wavelength shift detection. In this paper we overview peak shift, centroid, polynomial fit, and raw point methods of mathematical wavelength shift calculation. We also investigate raw data based, integral, and slope based proportional integral derivative (PID) methods of wavelength tracking for temperature tunable laser tracking. Results indicate that polynomial fit is the superior method for mathematical calculation and the PID (slope based) is the preferred method for laser tracking. |
