A Survey of digital TV standards China

This paper presents a an updated overview of the different proposed standards on the market for mobile TV in China as of July 2007 and analyzes the different trade-offs, strengths and weaknesses. Furthermore the used video codecs are compared with special emphasis on the usage in mobile TV in China.
