Zusammenfassung: | A broadband/multi-band planar inverted-F antenna (PIFA) is presented for wireless communication systems. The bandwidth of the proposed antenna is significantly improved by introducing multiple ground pins. Measured at 10 dB return loss, the operation bands efficiently cover the lower bands from 1.67 to 2.34 GHz for DCS1800/1900, DECT and UMTS, as well as the upper band from 4.8 GHz to 5.02 GHz for WLAN applications at. TERR 802.11 j. Excellent impedance matching is achieved across the bandwidth. Measured input impedance, simulated radiation patterns, and gains are presented. |
