Zusammenfassung:This paper presents a new algorithm on packet sequence number reordering, lost motion vector restoration, and video frame bitstream boundary determination. Based on these techniques, a MPEG4 decoder with packet loss concealment functionality has been realized. Experimental results show that this scheme can improve the visual quality obviously for MPEG4 compressed video over wireless Internet network's lack of lower layer QoS guarantee
