Analysis on Serving Capability of Agency in Technology Bargaining Based on Credit Evaluation

With the increasing of technology bargaining activities in technology innovation activities, technology bargaining agency is playing the more and more important role. This paper combines the credit problems with the serving capability of technology bargaining agency together, analyzes the risk of technology bargaining and elusion strategy, designs the evaluating index system of credit on technology bargaining agency and explore the new thought of evaluation on serving capability of technology bargaining agency.
