Zusammenfassung:In this paper, we evaluate the mobile reception performance of digital terrestrial television broadcasting with switch diversity. Our system exploits new channel estimation in order to tackle the problem of channel estimation errors when an antenna switches. As a result of simulation, we show that our system improves CNR to 2.5 dB which is better than maximum-ratio combining at 2times10 -2 BER with maximum Doppler frequency of 20 Hz, by increasing slight complexity. Moreover, we have developed a prototype system, and have shown a good reception performance in outdoor fields.
