Zusammenfassung: | The following investigation has the primary objective of developing an information system that allows processing data from electrical variables such as: voltage, quick fluctuation of voltage (flicker) and that rate of total distortion of voltage harmonics (THDV) in order to evaluate the quality of the electrical energy (power quality) of the electrical service companies. The data to be evaluated is product of different measurement taken on different municipalities. This system of information executes de data processing of the registers obtained on the measurement and compares them with the standard values indicated on the quality of the electrical distribution service standard N.C.S.D.E., also this research will help the Venezuelan Electrical Service companies to adequate their information systems in order to comply with the required on this standard, and avoid the sanctions by the regulation office. On the other hand, this system can be use by the facilities, the regulating office and the municipalities to supervise and inspect the records and compare them with the indicators of the N.C.S.D.E. which are: FEDT (equivalent frequency of voltage deviation), flicker (Pst) and the rate of total distortion of voltage harmonics (THDV). The system of information has a module for statistical data processing, this one allows you to calculate maximum and minimum values, average, the variance, the standard deviation as well as the frequency of every range of voltage |
