Zusammenfassung:The electrodynamic and numerical analysis of eigen Q-factor of electromagnetic modes of H-type (as the most high-quality) in waveguide junction of cylindrical-rectangular waveguides filled by dielectric have been carried out in this work. The comparative characteristic of eigen Q-factor waveguide junctions of various cross-section was given: cylindrical-radial waveguides, rectangular-rectangular waveguides, cylindrical-rectangular waveguides. The recommendations on using of a specific type of waveguide junctions for measurement of dielectric losses of the certain materials were given
