For measurement f ceo it is offered to use He-Ne/ 127 I 2 laser (lambda = 0.63 mum) with stabilization on hyperfine components "f". Usage He-Ne/ 127 I 2 laser for stabilization frequency combs will allow to create a means of measurement of absolute frequencies of radiation of semiconducting lasers in optical and near IR ranges
