Zusammenfassung: | An enhanced adaptive scheme for the stabilization of power generators connected to utility power systems is presented. The dynamic interaction of the power system is taken into account in deriving the generator stabilizing signal by developing an external dynamic equivalent model at the generator terminals. The generator model and external dynamic equivalent model are combined to form an overall design model in an input/output form. The stabilizer is designed using the self-tuning regulator concept of adaptive control. An online MIMO (multiple-input multiple-output) recursive least square identification algorithm and a generalized minimum variance control technique are used for the stabilizer design. Simulation test results show the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive enhancement scheme and its superiority over both fixed parameter conventional stabilizers and adaptive stabilizers designed without consideration of the power system interactions.< > |
