Zusammenfassung: | The limitations of conventional multiuser detectors in direct-sequence code-division multiple-access (DS-CDMA) networks have been recognized. The conventional detector has been acknowledged to be particularly susceptible to multiuser interference and hence the near-far problem. The development of a near-far resistant decorrelating algorithm for application in practical networks is detailed. A mobile radio environment where received user energies can be dissimilar and time varying (a near-far environment) is considered. In particular, the algorithm is targeted at multiple-access (MA) limited operating conditions which are often found in systems with a large number of users. The performance of the algorithm is simulated in additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN), fading, and mobile radio channels.< > |
