Robust controller design for structures with displacement sensors

The passivity theorem may be used to design robust controllers for structures with positive transfer functions. The authors obtain a similar result for systems with displacement sensors. In order to illustrate the ideas discussed, a specific second-order dynamic system is considered.< >
